301 Commercial Center consists of individual pad sites currently occupied by Chick-fil-A, Aldi Food Store, AutoZone, 301 Liquors and Greater Baden Medical Office Building. Checkers and Tires Plus are scheduled to open in early 2012.

301 Commercial Center is located at the Southeast corner of Clymer Drive and Route 301. Situated across the street from 301 Commercial Center is the recently completed Brandywine Crossing, which includes Target, Safeway, Costco and many other national retailers.
